What happens when I make a reservation?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to our hotel system within 24 hours of receipt of your request. You will be charged $30.00 and this will confirm your reservation.

Why am I giving my credit card information and when will I be charged?
The credit card information is used to collect our fee of $30.00 per room upon request. The same credit card will be provided to the hotel 30 days prior to your arrival. The hotel will charge your credit card 7 days prior to arrival for your full stay.

How do I make changes to my reservation?
All changes to reservations must be made via e-mail to mark@hillsdaletravel.com no less than 5 days prior to arrival. Any changes made to a reservation with the hotel, reservation office, or toll- free number will be subject to a penalty equal to one night’s room rate plus tax and fees.

How do I cancel my reservation?
All reservations need to be cancelled with our office via e-mail to mark@hillsdaletravel.com no less than 5 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made directly with the hotel, or reservation office or toll-free number will be subject to a penalty equal to the entire reserved stay. Cancelling your room this way allows for the reselling the room to those on the waitlist.

When will my reservation be in the hotel’s reservation system?
Your name will not appear at the hotel until 21 days prior to your arrival date. We own a block of rooms at each hotel for our clients. The list of names for our block is submitted to the hotel 30 days prior to arrival. Approximately 21 to 30 days prior to arrival, your name will be in the hotel’s computers. You will receive another e-mail with your confirmation number.

What is included in the price?
The price listed on our site is the room rate per night only. Taxes and fees are listed on our website for your information. Those taxes, fees, and any other incidental charges will be added to your final bill at the hotel.

Is the room rate per person or per night?
All rates displayed are per night and based on double occupancy per room. Any extra adults or children above the rooms listed occupancy may be subject to additional charges at the property.

What if there will be more than two adults in the room?
All of our hotels allow up to four adults in a standard room. The rate listed for each hotel, except for the Hyatt, is the cost for one, two, three, or four people in a room. 

Do hotels have minimum age requirements?
Please be advised that some hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when reserving a room. All of our hotels require that occupants be 18 years of age or older and have their own major credit card or debit card at the time of check-in.

Are rollaway beds or cribs available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs (typically at a charge of $25.00-$3S.00 each). Some hotels may have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds. Some hotels do not allow for a rollaway in a room with two beds.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
We will submit all requests directly to the hotel for early check-in or late check-out. Based upon the availability of rooms, the hotel staff will do their best to honor that request.

Can I specify where I would like my room located, i.e. preferred floor, next to pool or near elevator, etc.?
We do take special requests for hotels. There is a section on the reservation page to make those requests. We will submit them to the hotel and the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. The only request we can confirm at the time of booking is a handicapped accessible room. All other requests are subject to availability.

Is breakfast included?
Some hotels offer free breakfast. Often, this is a continental breakfast or sometimes just coffee and donuts. If included, it should be listed on the hotel Information page on the site, www.armynavyhotelrooms.com.

Where can I find hotel information?
Our site provides information for each hotel as well as links to requested services. Please visit our site for this information www.armynavyhotelrooms.com.

Where can I find information about parking?
Valet and long-term parking are offered at the discretion of the hotel. You can find the information on our site www.armynavyhotelrooms.com for each hotel.

Is there a waitlist for sold out hotels?
In certain instances, we will take waitlists on sold-out properties. This needs to be requested via e-mail to mark@hillsdaletravel.com.

Do I receive reward points for my stay at the hotel?
All room rates that we book are eligible for reward points. We provide those numbers with your room request but ask that you double check at the counter during check-in.

Does the hotel provide shuttle service or airport transfers?
Unfortunately, none of the hotels in our inventory provide any type of shuttle service or transfers. You may use this link to purchase transfers from the airport to your downtown hotel. Boston Info
